Service is soooo slow. The waitress brought the tap water to the table at the end of our meal. It supposed to be given just right after our order was taken. She was very rude (the waitress). When we were paying by card, she asked if we want to add any tips. How dare she can ask that? If we want to leave any tips, we would just leave. You cannot ask for tips. And what for you ask for tips? For your slow and unprofessional service? We felt very uncomfortable and pushed to leave tips. Also there was something very confusing on the menu. On the English menu there was written 4 pieces of won ton. However on the Polish menu, that part was covered by some tape. (Where how many pieces was written). And we asked how many pieces we will receive and she said 3 pieces. It was soo confusing. If I wouldn’t have asked that, she wouldn’t inform us. Outside stools are extremely uncomfortable especially if you’re waiting to be served for a Loooong time. When it comes to food, it was average. Nothing special. I will never ever go...
Read moreThe food was good. But the price is a bit overpriced from my point of view. The part that annoyed me the most was when we asked for the bill, we waited for at least 10+ mins for it to come.
The waitress asked if we want to add tips on the card, and we said okay… and then she then asked so the standard 10%? And then we were put on the spot and feel awkward to say no.
I know we have our right to say no, but it’s just weird to do so. It’s also weird to be asked for a tip and also being suggested for the amount for the tip. It should come from the customer’s willingness and especially there was only 3 of us, not even a huge party. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s also not a super smooth service either. Tipping for the service is fair but the approach was a little bit pushy and I wish there was a better service and approach to this.
The food is still nice and would love to revisit from time to time (when I feel like splashing some cash). But this pushy attitude was not a...
Read moreBrilliant food, very tasty. I took a spicy Pad Kra Pao and it was just right for my 🔥 tolerance and full of flavour - 10/10. My gf took a Tofu Pad Thai which was also very good - she says it's 10/10. The venue plays tantric dance music, which goes very well with the beautiful interior of the restaurant. There are 3 tables and additional seatings near the bar, which allow you to look at the magic happening at the kitchen. +44pln per dish, so Warsaw standard I'd say. Overall, pretty cool place, I believe that soon, there will be enormous...
