MAX Premium Burgers — Restaurant in Wrocław

Soooooo…. I really like this chain. I’ve eaten in quite a few locations and they hold up to the expectations. The veggie and vegan options are the reason I go there. BUT… this location is very underwhelming. The restaurant was untidy, borderline dirty. I mean greasy tables, rubbish on the countertops and floors, chairs and tables scattered around. Then there was the food. I know how these burgers should look like from other locations. I received flat buns, the sandwich was literally falling apart, the sauce dripping through the liner paper. It made for a horrible experience despite the taste being ok. The fact this was Monday July 1st in the early evening and not very busy - something is very off with this place. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to an alternative restaurant from the same chain as I doubt this can...

Tried the breakfast menu for the first time after much hype and seeing wonderful advertising about their breakfast. However, after ordering 10 mini pancakes, it did not come with any sauce or syrup and it was just basically eating dough. After asking the front desk why it didn't come with any, I was told that it was simply not possible to offer any syrup since they don't have any container which could hold it. I offered to use the sauce dip plastic cups (if you order any sauce on their menu such as their Original sauce it will come in a small cylinder cup with a lid) and the employee smirked and said "not possible". Majestic place to visit, we ordered 1 menu for a little company. All food is tasty, workers are highly skilled in making impression about the place. I can highlight manager Vanessa, very entertaining person, answered all my questions and served all company on high level. Also we ran into some type of degustation or a promotion, for a brand new burger - rywala umami. Tastes incredible, fantastic taste very balanced, burger highly recommended, costs it’s money.
