Moon Kebab szczytnicka — Restaurant in Wrocław

My culinary adventure took me to Moon Kebab in Wroclaw, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Opting for both their kebab box and pita, I was met with portion sizes that left much to be desired. The most surprising letdown was the kebab box, which surprisingly lacked the core ingredient – meat! Instead, it housed a meager assortment of vegetables and fries. Regrettably, I cannot endorse Moon Kebab based on this visit, as the dining experience did not live up to the standards one would hope for in a kebab...

I ordered a Kapsalon Big (was written on the menu, turned out it was just regular size). The meat is good and there was plenty of it, although it was completely wrong and the cheese was missing (there were litterly 7 small pieces of feta cheese insteadù). There should be molten cheese on top of the meat with below the fries and than salad. The 3 stars is only because the meat is tasty....

Od lat sporadycznie odwiedzam Moon Kebab przy ul. Szczytnickiej. Był to mój jeden z ulubionych kebabów przez stosunek ceny do jakości. Niestety, aktualnie z miesiąca na miesiąc jakość leci mocno w dół.

Po pierwsze, kilka miesięcy temu zaczęli mówić klientom, że nie mają dostępnych bułek (standard), a jeszcze wtedy były w menu. Następnie wycofali najmniejszy rozmiar. Teraz go kompletnie nie ma.

Po drugie, zaczęli sprzedawać tych samych rozmiarów produkt, który wcześniej był w wersji (standard) jako (mega).

Po trzecie, podnieśli ceny mocno w górę, no i tu po części rozumiem, bo wszystko drożeje, ale PODNIESIENIE CEN, BEZ JEDNOCZESNEGO ZMNIEJSZENIA PORCJI. Wczorajsza bułka (mega) była mniejsza niż z niespełna rok temu bułka (standard), gdy jeszcze była w menu !!!

Moim zdaniem, ktoś źle zarządza i niestety takimi manewrami traci swoich klientów. Ja wiem, że na kabab zawsze znajdą się chętni i nie musi mieć stałych klientów, ale to się może odbić czkawką na dłuższą metę.

Jak zawsze, każdemu polecałem, tak po wczorajszym przemyśleniu, powiedziałem sobie, że tego już za wiele… moja opinia zmieniła...
