Sebu Sushi — Restaurant in Wrocław

My son and I came to this restaurant in Wroclaw. My son really likes to eat sushi, and after searching he found the name of this restaurant. The first time we arrived, we had a hard time finding the restaurant, because it hides in a hidden corner. By the time we found it, it was already fifteen minutes before closing time. We came again the next day, and found a small place, which turned out to be a big surprise. We sat at the bar, and they prepared the sushi for us, from fresh raw products. This is the most delicious sushi we have ever eaten. The flavors of heaven on earth, in a beautiful serving form. We would like to live in Wroclaw solely because of this restaurant. The owner of the place and the chefs welcomed us warmly. My son was the happiest child. Recommend...

Had a great experience here! I came with a small group and was treated well. The chefs were able to accommodate my gluten intolerance which i greatly appreciated (there was no listed gluten free options). My friends enjoyed the beautifully presented food. They were also very happy about the big portion sizes of protein in the sushi, as well as the protein options available. I personally enjoyed the salmon soup. The place is is beautifully decorated, and cared for, despite its small size. My only critiques would be to add an English menu and have more gluten friendly options...

Z bólem serca ale musze zostawić jedną gwiazdkę za to jak zostaliśmy potraktowani. Zamówiliśmy zestawy z wymianą rolki do domu (nie pierwszy raz, robilem to już wielokrotnie). Zestaw przyjechał, jednak bez wymiany, zadzwoniłem natychmiast, żeby o tym poinformować. Pani przy telefonie zbyła mnie informacją, że oni to już będą zamykać i nic nie może teraz zrobić, że kiedyś przy okazji następnego zamówienia dorzucą mi jakąś rolkę.

Ciężko mi jest uwierzyć na rzucone od niechcenia, że zamawiając kolejny raz sushi za miesiąc, może trzy, a może pół roku, zostanie mi uwierzone że była kiedyś taka pomyłka a nie jest to zwykła próba wymuszenia. Pani przy telefonie ewidentnie nie była zadowolona z mojego telefonu, nie próbowała rozwiązać problemu w żaden inny sposób słysząc moje obawy, a zamiast tego usłyszałem, że "inni klienci nie mają z tym problemu". Otóż problemem jest dla mnie to, że wbrew mojej woli zostałem zobligowany do kolejnego zamówienia, żeby otrzymać rekompensatę za źle skompletowane zamówienie.

Bardzo szkoda, ponieważ jedzenie jest świetne, jednak zostaliśmy potraktowani lekceważąco.
