Embarking on a culinary journey at Góralska Tradycja was an absolute delight. Situated in the picturesque Zakopane, the restaurant lived up to its reputation, offering an exceptional array of dishes that encapsulated the soul of highland cuisine, while providing an incredibly welcoming and gorgeous ambiance.
From the first bite to the last, the quality of food was nothing short of exemplary. The steak was a standout for us – tender, succulent and cooked to perfection. It's not often that you come across a steak that achieves the perfect balance between flavor and texture, but Góralska Tradycja nailed it.
Impressively, we indulged in a significant portion of the menu, and every dish was a masterpiece. The chef clearly has an innate talent for crafting dishes that delight the palate, yet remain true to the essence of traditional highland cuisine. Every member of our group had a different dish, and all six of us were united in our culinary praise.
Equally commendable was the service we received. Our waiters were the epitome of professionalism, ensuring our needs were met with attentiveness and a warm smile. Their expert knowledge and suggestions were invaluable, adding to the overall dining experience.
The atmosphere in Góralska Tradycja is worth mentioning, too. It exudes a unique highland charm, creating a comforting and beautiful space to dine. The authenticity of the ambiance was a perfect complement to the mouthwatering food served.
In essence, dining at Góralska Tradycja is an experience I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Zakopane. It's more than just a meal, it's an immersion into highland culture and a testament to the rich culinary traditions of the region. I can confidently say that you'll fall in love with this restaurant, just as we did. Don't miss out on the chance to dine at this hidden gem; it truly is...

But we wanted the money back (800pln) from the deposit we made since the restaurant was overbooked, so we arrived in Zakopane and went to the restaurant to talk to him personally about what happened, and he was very rude and sarcastic in the way he spoke to us, and he blamed us for making the deposit late, and I asked when he was going to return the money and once again he was very rude and said he didn't know, what a not very nice tone of voice for a restaurant manager, we were uncomfortable and we don't think it's professional at all, and today is the 25th January and we still haven't received the return of the money, nobody gives any news until then, we are just waiting for the money...
