I walked all over Krupówki to find a relatively cheap and inviting place for dinner... and Zbyrcok is exactly such a place. We were served by a very nice Mrs. Julia, who was patient and answered all our questions. We ordered the dish of the day (PLN 35 = soup + main course + ice cream), watermelon lemonade, rosół and a beef burger with cheese. The dish of the day was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly: nothing was burnt, the sunny-side up egg was pristine and the meat in the burger was juicy. The lemonade was refreshing, delicious and contained fresh summer fruits. The appearance of the place, cleanliness and atmosphere are attractive and encourage people to visit this place, and the friendly staff only complements the good experience of visiting this restaurant. I definitely recommend this place when you want to eat something...

Beautiful freshly cooked Polish cuisine. We dined here on two occasions and the food was delicious on both occasions and the service was very friendly and efficient. On our first visit, we had the kotlety Mielony (Polish meatballs) and a beautiful veggie burger made with a breadcrumbed cheese. The food was so good, that we returned the next evening where I had the beef burger and my wife had the cheese and spinach perogi (Polish dumplins). We really enjoyed the food and service and were so surprised that on both occasions that the restaurant was so empty while other restaurants with terrible food and even worse service are...

I was thrilled to be here again tonight. My wife, Magdalena, brought me here a few weeks ago for my Birthday. It was great!

Tonight, we were entertaining guests and also had a memorable experience.

We live in Zakopane and are not strangers to restaurants. We have our favorites and have added Zbyrcok to the mix.

Edyta was our waiter weeks ago. Ola was our server tonight. PERFECT service on both occasions.

We favor the duck and Cesar salad which comes with a unique vinaigrette.

The house wines are decently priced.

This is a nice addition to the dining...

Overall, a pretty nice place! We visited the restaurant a couple of times while we were in Zakopane. The prices are alright, the staff is kind and the food was served quickly. A couple of remarks about the food: The goulash is poured over the potato pancakes, making them soggy. The burger is quite average - drenched in BBQ sauce, the patty lacked seasoning and the egg in the burger was overcooked. There isn’t a sauce for the fries - you have to order it separately. The meat platter for two is a sight, though! Overall we liked the place and its interior.
