AMAZING food. I am Polish and I can vouch that EVERYTHING we had was incredible. Even my American could taste the difference and how much better everything was (even though he's enjoyed the food everywhere else in our trip of Poland already). The inside is cute, typical Polish mountain area decorations, the staff is really nice, and there was no wait time on a Friday evening which was a pleasant surprise considering Zakopane gets packed on the weekend, and we had to wait for probably 40mins the previous night that was in the center of Krupowki, and although good, no where near as good as here. So it's worth walking an extra couple minutes to get here. Prices were also reasonable for Zakopane. Have a late lunch here for some local cuisines on the way back to the town center. This restaurant was huge with many tables inside and outside. Staff ladies were very friendly and spoke fluent English for our sake. We have beetroot soup with dumplings and pork rib, and an apple pie to share. The beetroot soup was superb with strong beetroot favour and 6 tasty little dumpling. It was appetizing. The pork rib was a big stack, came with 4 tasty sides (carrot stripes, coleslaw, salad and beetroot stripes) and a large portion of fries. The rib was okay as the tenderness of meat was not even as the top portion. Was softly tendered but the meat at the ribs was a bit tough. Fries were average as well. Visited on 10-12-2022 (heavy snowfall) Warmly welcomed by the staff. We ordered vegetarian food (see pictures) and it was super delicious and fresh.. The ambience was cool.
