I would like to share my experience during my visit to Burger i piwo Zakopane on 8/29/2023. A group of Kuwaiti friends accompanied me for lunch. Unfortunately, the service we received was far from satisfactory. The waiter who was attending to us was unprofessional and showed behavior that is not suitable for Kuwaiti tourists. The waiter manipulated us and used openly abusive and unacceptable language in front of other customers. I felt insulted and belittled as a Kuwaiti tourist. All we wanted was to enjoy a delicious meal and a relaxed atmosphere, but we encountered behavior that lacked even the slightest bit of respect and professionalism. We ordered the kids burger and it arrived covered in "chef" sauce. The sauce was hot for our kids (2 and 5). When we told our (awful) waitress her response was that the sauce was not hot and if we wanted it without sauce we should have said. (little did we know that the chefs sauce was with a lot of mustard. And if we did know we definitely would have asked without). Our waitress solution was that we can but another one. We entered the restaurant to eat. When we sat down, my friend waved his hand to the waiter to come over. The waiter came rushing in our direction to say: Don't wave. Waving something is disrespectful in my country. We told him this is the way we get used to it to ask the waiter. The waiter said: This is the way in your country, you are now in my country. It was in a sarcastic tone.
