NO TO SUSHI — Restaurant in Zielona Góra

No To sushi has been my favorite sushi place lately. The place is nicely designed, the staff are nice and friendly and the most important thing: the sushi is great! I can see how much effort have been put in there. Even appetizers and drinks are very neatly made with so much care.

Vegan options here are very varie and also thoughtfully planned. They are not just sushi with cucumber and pickled daikon. My vegetarian husband really enjoys eating here.

Lately they just added ramen to the menu and it's great too. Very close to original ramen in Japan. Big portion with loads of toppings.

I found this place on Instagram. Today we took a takeaway order. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful. The waiters are very friendly and prompt. Even considering the fact that I speak Polish poorly, the waiter did his job perfectly! What about sushi: incredible. I'm thrilled! Insanely delicious fish, very beautiful packaging of the dish and the rolls themselves look very beautiful.

Bywam w NO TO SUSHI dość często i muszę przyznać, że sushi jest naprawdę smaczne – dlatego wracam. Niestety, mam duży problem z terminowością dostaw. Już cztery razy zdarzyło się, że zamówienie na konkretną godzinę nie dojechało nawet z lekkim opóźnieniem, tylko spóźniało się 40 minut albo i dłużej.

Najbardziej rozczarowałem się ostatnio – bardzo zależało mi, żeby zamówienie było na czas, o czym wyraźnie powiedziałem i zostałem zapewniony, że o 15:45 jedzenie na pewno będzie u mnie. O 16:00, po 15 minutach czekania, zadzwoniłem i dowiedziałem się, że kierowca dopiero zaraz wyjeżdża. To było bardzo nie w porządku, zwłaszcza że wcześniej usłyszałem zapewnienie, iż wszystko będzie punktualnie.

Uważam, że jedzenie macie świetne, ale koniecznie powinniście popracować nad dotrzymywaniem słowa w kwestii czasu dostawy – albo chociaż rzetelnie informować klienta, jeśli istnieje...
