The bread was old and when I explained them that the bread is smelling and testing old, in return the staff was not behaving well and giving me excuses. I still pay whatever I ordered without any question, but still the staff was not thankful and showing gratitude. The man who brought the bill he was soo rude and didn't even show any smile on face. Entrei no café às 6:45 do dia 29.3.25, apenas para comprar uma garrafa de água e fui informada, de forma algo rude, por uma funcionária (que falava português do Brasil) que ainda não estava aberto. Não me disse a que horas abriria, por isso tive de verificar no horário afixado na porta, onde indicava que o estabelecimento abria às 7:00.

Às 7:00 voltei a entrar e perguntei se já estava aberto. A mesma funcionária, com o mesmo tom rude, respondeu: “Ainda não”, e retirou-se para as traseiras, fazendo um gesto com as mãos. Saí novamente e fiquei a observar, esperando que me chamasse para entrar, mas nem sequer estava atenta. Pelo contrário, encontrou uns conhecidos que iam apanhar o mesmo autocarro que eu e deu-lhes toda a atenção.

Havia mais pessoas à espera do autocarro das 7:15 que queriam entrar no café, mas como não havia ninguém atrás do balcão, acabaram por não se sentir incentivadas a entrar. No fim, fui embora sem a minha água.
