Food: decent, the usual grub from local village restaurants. Ambiance: gets very loud specially on Thursdays when most of the other neighbourhood restaurants are shut. Service: the young man with a moustache seemed helpful, but unfortunately we were attended to by a middle aged man who runs his section with an iron fist and the assertiveness of ‘mother superior in a convent’. He was extremely rude on two occasions, one worth pointing out was when our 80 year old matriarch (at least twice the ‘mother superior’s age) took nearly 2 seconds To order her main course, he informed her if she was not ready he would attend to others who were Waiting (2 seconds of indecisiveness from the old lady). He turned around and returned 5 mins later whilst justifying his rude And arrogant ways. I only wish him to find a job he actually enjoys, I hear bullfighting is still a thing in Almeirim, perhaps he can do...

Had a full 5 star experience at this place Sat down for a beer and appetizer Then had some fresh oysters, then had some Cherne grelhado which was Devine!! And top it off with baba de Camelo desert

Foi a segunda vez que fui ao Paulo`s, a confecção é razoável, desta vez pedi camarão 🦐 da Costa, como o primeiro prato de presunto estava muito bom, pedi um segundo, mas não era igual, estava muito seco. O pão é muito bom. A espetada de lulas como se vê na foto, era lulas às rodelas, o que foi uma novidade, nunca tinha visto 😃. Os legumes cozidos estavam razoáveis e um pouco crus, se estivesse salteado ficavam melhores. A funcionária que nos atendeu, Bárbara Rodrigues excelepcional, atenciosa, muito educada, bem formada e prestável, apesar de estar a ser repreendida em frente aos clientes, pelo tempo que estava a disponibilizar no nosso atendimento o que me desagradou! A Babara manteve a mesma quanlidade de atendimento e simpatia, é uma mais valia à marisqueira. A relação preço qualidade não é das melhores tendo em conta os restaurantes...
