Chickinho Amadora — Restaurant in Amadora

This restaurant steal money from people without delivering the food through Uber eats. I have ordered the food and they have never delivered the food and the allegation from the responsable (Manuel Silva) was we don’t have people available at moment to deliver and they have never delivered. Plus instead of making a cancellation they sent the info through Uber eats as the order was accepted. I am annoyed right now because I was waiting for half an hour and they debited the money to my account. I have called to cancel the order and they have never done the cancellation. What kind the restaurant is this???? I Paid for food that i have never received !!!!!!

Your response have grey areas. On the app before ordering we have to add the address properly which i did and mentioned meet at door expecting you would Call which you have not called. The photo sent by hour employee doesn’t match my address because UBER Eats sent an e-mail TO me with a different address. It is excessive nor offensive because you were offensive hunging up the Call on my plus the order was pending on up till 11pm. Now today is saying that you have delivered the items which is untrue and the money was taken out from my Account. Do you have a different name for that??? I called to cancel the order and your response was is nothing to do with you, your part is to contact Uber Eats and give correct information which you didn’t. After an afternoon of shopping, we arrived looking for a snack and something to drink. Our table was dirty and needed cleaning and wiping. The waitress was blind to that, but once we asked, she returned and cleaned up. Our challenges started when we asked to order some food. Alguém aqui também foi roubado por esse restaurante no Uber eats? Eles fazem uma promoção, você compra e não te enviam de acordo com a promoção. Ontem passei por um desconforto com essa loja dentro do aplicativo e não tive respaldo. Pedi meio frango na promoção e receberia outro + duas porções de arroz de feijão + um suco de limão. Resumindo, a pior compra da vida. Veio apenas meio frango, a comida estava super salgada, enviaram o suco dentro do pote que servem as porções e para piorar, o suco veio em cima da caixa de frango no qual foi tirar e já estava a caixa de plástico toda engordurada. Que nojo! Que descaso dessa loja, a comida está super salgada, comprei duas doses de arroz de feijão justamente porque viria a outra metade do frango e não veio. Me sinto roubada e enganada e olha que sou cliente da loja, mas a qualidade está a descer demais, cada vez sinto menos vontade de comprar, mais valia ter ido ao pingo doce se era para vir comida e suco nesse estado, sairia mais barato.
