The pizza dough has changed from last time we were here, it used to be one the best Roman style pizzas in Lisbon. Confirmed with the server that it did indeed change, now pizza is way less hydration, much less fermented and it feels like a cracker. Toppings, pastas and desserts were still amazing as always. But there was no napolitano baba today too. But the pizza dough change was a big let down.

Situado no The Hood, no Centro Comercial UBBO, este restaurante é uma excelente opção para almoçar ou jantar. O espaço tem bastante capacidade, com dois pisos no interior e área de esplanada no exterior. Muito acolhedor e com ambiente familiar, aqui predomina a decoração tipicamente italiana com destaque para as toalhas aos quadrados vermelhos e brancos e os quadros nas paredes. A carta é composta por várias opções de pizzas e pastas feitas ao momento. Os ingredientes e as receitas são genuinamente italianas, o que lhe confere uma qualidade superior. As pizzas são em formato quadrado com massa ao estilo romano. A pasta Carbonara é recomendada! Das sobremesas, destaca-se o clássico tiramisù. A carta de bebidas apresenta boas opções de vinhos. Também não falta Aperol Spritz, que é muito bom! O serviço é extremamente simpático e atencioso. Recomendo!

I was at the UBBO shopping center in Amadora and I discovered that there is a really nice new outdoor section, it consists of various containers that offer various types of food. Among these, as a good Italian I found Don Ciccio, where I tasted one of the best pizzas in Lisbon.
