Garden Bar — Restaurant in Barcelos

I walked up to the bar and waited for 10 minutes to be attended. Within those 10 minutes both waiters attended 2 people behind me first, even though I continued to wait. Only when I said that I had been there first did the wait staff realize that I had been waiting.

They had very little situational awareness and neither of the waiters who kept me waiting apologized. Only the female waitress who seemed to be running things...

A fuir! Aucune organisation. Le jeune serveur désagréable. Les autres (peut-être le patron), plutôt sympathiques et souriants mais ça ne change en rien au service déplorable. Une attente de plus d'une heure pour des plats de snacks c'est incroyable (avec des enfants qui avaient faim !! Génial). J'ai même cru qu'on nous avait oubliés car des clients arrivés après ont été servis avant. J'ai réclamé plusieurs fois qu'on nous serve. Nous avons mangé à tour de rôle. Quand nous avons été servis au compte goutte, l'un n'a pas eu ses frites en même temps que son plat, un autre a eu sa viande congelée, et le hot dog bien sûr froid! Bref...

Ao sentar a mesa fomos atendidos pelo dono, o qual não mostrou interesse nenhum e mostrou arrogância perante nós quando pedimos para juntar mais uma mesa por sermos muitas pessoas, são super desorganizados tivemos duas horas a espera da comida, não tinham água fresca e quando pedimos gelo para a água trouxeram-no em copos de plástico, a francesinha era horrível, o molho era super doce e nem se deram ao trabalho de torrar o pão ou pelo menos levar a francesinha ao forno, a desorganização é notória na cozinha e no balcão, no fim do atendimento ao pagar ainda tornaram a ser mal educados com os...
