Pizza Hut Beja — Restaurant in Beja

This Pizza Hut is an embarrassment to the entire chain. Ordered a cheesy pan and got served raw dough with some sad cheese tossed on top — looked more like something scraped out of a trash bin than what was shown in the picture.

When we complained, the waitress started slamming pans like she was auditioning for a toddler tantrum competition, and the staff huddled together gossiping about us in Portuguese while glaring at our table. If that’s their idea of “customer service,” they should rename the place "Drama Hut".

Uncooked food, childish staff, and the atmosphere of a school cafeteria run by angry teenagers. Absolute joke of a restaurant — avoid it unless you enjoy paying premium prices for stress and secondhand...

This was a totally unexpected surprise! Needing a quick bite on the way to Algarve we dropped in here to have something familiar after several days of Portugal offerings. The atmosphere was very open and welcoming and we were able to choose our seats. I didn't realize the vege lovers pizza comes with roasted corn and I was uncertain if I would like it. Pizza Hut has never disappointed in any country. This was beyond awful. Ordered a cheesy pan, got a bowl, uncooked dough on the bottom, cheese on top. After making a comment, the staff started throwing things and talking rudely. It doesn't matter if you don't understand Portuguese, but there are always technologies that can help you with translation. This is just disgusting.
