This place was the worst. Will never go back. First the orange juice machine wasn’t working. They had only Coke or water as a replacement on the brunch menu. Then we ordered and only a few items appeared and then the rest of order never came. Our waitress disappeared and the male server new nothing about our order. When I asked him twice he said he didn’t know and then said 5 minutes. 90 minutes later nothing came and we left. They were rude and even our Portuguese friends were really pissed. Nous sommes 9. Nous rapprochons 2 tables. Le serveur (cheveux noirs, courts, boucle d’oreille couleur argent, short en jean long), ne nous salue même pas. Il nous dit tout de suite qu’on ne doit pas déplacer les tables. On lui répond qu’au-delà de 4 personnes il faut aller ailleurs ? Il répond que ce serait mieux en effet.

Insupportable. Viana est vide, pourtant ce serveur prétentieux nuit à cet établissement, et certainement à ses collègues.

Le service est la base de tout commerce. On vient pour un sourire. Minimum.

Dommage.

There are 9 of us. We are bringing 2 tables closer. The waiter (black hair, short, silver earring, long denim shorts), does not even greet us. He tells us right away that we must not move the tables. We tell him that beyond 4 people you have to go elsewhere? He answers that it would be better indeed.

Unbearable.

Viana is empty, yet this pretentious waiter harms this establishment, and certainly his colleagues.

The service is the basis of all trade.

We come for a smile. Minimum.

Somos 9 pessoas. Estamos a aproximar duas mesas. O empregado (cabelo preto, curto, brinco de prata, calções de ganga compridos), nem sequer nos cumprimenta. Diz-nos logo que não podemos mudar as mesas de sítio. Dizemos-lhe que, para além de 4 pessoas, temos de ir para outro sítio? Ele responde que seria melhor, de facto.

Insuportável.

Viana está vazia, mas este empregado pretensioso prejudica este estabelecimento e, certamente, os seus colegas.

O serviço é a base de todo o comércio.

Terrible service. We waited over half an hour to order drinks - tried to order at the bar but they wouldn’t let us.When we wanted another drink the waiter and waitress both flat out ignored us. They are very quick to take your money though, €7.70 for 3 glasses of wine and a beer.

I guess as so many of the clientele are doing the Camino, perhaps the staff don’t think customer service...
