Worst lunch of a lifetime. We ordered toasts/ hamburgers and some finger food to share, together with water and coca colas. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the drinks, and more than an hour and a half for the food. The very few waiters were wondering around and didn’t really know which tables to serve, the cashier didn’t speak a word of english and constantly argued with the waiters instead of serving clients. When the food finally arrived, half of what we asked was still missing and was never brought, because the waiters didn’t remember our order and we were just too annoyed for the waste of time to wait more. The owner at least came to apologise, and ironically asked if we knew any person available to work, as 3 of his waiters quit their job that morning. Even if this excuse was true, I really think he shouldn’t have let people sit for lunch if the kitchen and waiters’ capacity and number were evidently insufficient: that’s a sign of respect for clients, that evidently they don’t have. Also, we had to pay 19 euros per person: too much for 1 hamburger or toast with a cola (and the medium/low quality of the food). The cashier was not even able to show us the list of food on the receipt, but we were so annoyed and exhausted that we paid and left. Such a nice spot, with a nice view and position, completely ruined by the inability, understaffing, disrespect...

Food is very slow. I waited for over 20 mins for just a tuna toast. But at the end the order was missed and they did not apologize for it, even accused that I made a wrong order T__T. And ask me for a receipt. They didn’t give me at the first place.Manager is rude and arrogant, I asked for refund as no way to spend more time here. They just gave me back the plain toast price €3 , while Tuna toast is €6. What a scammer! Try it if you want to be treated impolitely. They are not the ONLY place to get...

So, nice spot, right on the promenade and Is also good to sit up stairs, found the drinks quite expensive, ordered the fries as saw someone had some and they looked amazing.
