Restaurante Copacabana — Restaurant in Chaves

I have been travelling to Portugal for over 20 years, I pretty much know the country from tip to tip, especially the north, so when I say that this has been by far the absolute WORST experience I have had, it must really be bad for me to give 1 star. The food was bland at best and vomit provoking at worst, the attitude from the staff was appalling, not just to me and my S.O. but to all the costumers, it seemed as they hated us just for being there and really just gave us the bare minimum. To top that you can only pay in cash so I had to walk to an ATM and she gave us and incredibly nasty look as if it were out fault she lives in the middle ages. I rarely give such negative reviews but when pushed, I can't hold back the truth. Only pro is that it's cheap but I would rather get junk food if I am going to be treated like a nuisance just for being a costumer. Still, wish them the best and hopefully...

La comida no estuvo mal, no era precisamente barato para el tipo de restaurante que es un restaurante, uy humilde atendido por la dueña y dos camareras Pero a la hora del postre pedimos sandia y nos trajeron un trozo de sandia pasadísima, se lo hicimos saber a la camarera y simplemente dijo"que lo sentía" , pero estuvimos esperando haber si nos la cambiaba, pero no fue así, pensamos que tal vez no nos la cobraría, pero si pese a dejarla allí, nos la cobró. Si no hubiera sido por este detalle , todo hubiera estado bien, pero , fastidiaron una cena por un trozo de sandia. No volveremos pese a que vamos a Chaves con frecuencia . No...

Íamos a passar quando fomos interpelados e convidados a jantar por um dos membros do staff. Restaurante pequeno, mas muito acolhedor, com um ambiente quase caseiro. Questionado qual seria o prato do dia foi-nos sugeridos uns lombinhos, que aceitamos de bom grado. Simplesmente divinal. Como sobremesa, escolhemos um mouse de mango que nos fitava desde que entramos no estabelecimento. Foi provavelmente a melhor mouse que comi até hoje.
