Puro — Restaurant in Figueira da Foz

My most favourite restaurant in Figueira for a nutritious, fresh, and deliciously satisfied meal. The combination of ingredients in each dish is just right: balanced seasoning, the depth of flavours, and freshness. You can tell the people here pay attention to details and everything earns its place.

The veal cappacio is the dish we always order when coming here. It's just simply delicious. €15 The Puro salad has more than 18 ingredients (we counted!), feel like it was inspired from Japanese food and so tasty €18 The ceviche, I like it because it keeps the original taste but also add sweet potato purée+ sweet potato chips. €18 And the fresh oysters (from Figueira), for someone like me who rarely ate raw things, is a nice treat because it's so fresh, so nice the way they serve it. €15

We ordered the steak as main course but we didn't like it because it's fried instead of grilled, too fatty taste.

I'd recommend you to explore their starters more, although it'll cost more, but it's so worth it. This is what we've done from time to time to have a treat...

Puro is located in a very nice area with view to the waterfront and good options for indoor and outdoor seating. The food is beautiful, very fresh, tender and of excellent quality. We had Ceviche, Calamares (don't miss them!) and Octopus. and were very happy with what we tried. Beyond everything though one must notice the impeccable service. I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Amazing food and very good quality. Also extremely friendly staff. 10/10 My husband and I are both vegetarian so finding good food at a restaurant is difficult. This place had many options we got the mushrooms and also the burrata. Very good size and came with fresh tasty bread. The other people we were with got the tuna fish and cod.
