Absolutely fabulous meal, we had mushrooms in garlic and pigs ear tapas to start. I'm not a mushroom fan but my fiance assured me that they were fantastic. The pigs ears tasted very good although I suspect that the texture wouldn't be for everyone but you don't know unless you try these things. Our mains were Iberian Pork in special sauce and Argentinian style steak. Both tasted amazing and came with plenty of tasty extras and enough meat to satisfy most carnivores. Desserts consisted of red berry pannacota and caramelised pineapple in muscatel. Drinks were Pina Colada, Coke and Coffee to finish. Needless to say that we ate too much given the portion sizes of all the dishes but the flavours were amazing and it was our last day in the Algarve so we indulged. Total cost was just €75 which is amazing value for the amount and quality of food. The service and atmosphere were both excellent and we cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We had to order an adults meal for my son as there was no kids burgers left but this came smothered in bbq sauce which was quite a put off after a while so my son gave up eating I ordered my steak which I wanted well done it came still blood inside covered in mushroom sauce. It got taken back for fresh to come out again still the same and I was charged full price I had only eaten one half. It put me off the rest of my meal. Read moreWe went for dinner here on a weeknight and it was very busy. I recommend booking especially if you want to go on a weekend. We shared a meat platter of beef and the local black pork. Being a steakhouse, the menu is heavily meat based. The portion was for 2 people but would easily have fed 3. It was well presented and cooked medium rare, exactly as we asked for.
