Very nice beach, backed by a high cliff and with some interesting rock formations at its western end. Access is via a steep and tall stairway about halfway through it; or going down to the nearby Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha, then taking a small tunnel through the cliff - beware the tunnel starts tall and then becomes very short as you approach its exit to Praia Nova, so you have to bend 90 degrees as you walk.
