My girlfriend and I rented a Kayak from this place today. The price was cheap in comparison, but after experiencing it, i am not surprised. The guy who explained the process did a very poor job. Only after asking did he explain the safety regulations. It was extremely difficult to bring the kayak to the water and especially to get it back!! The wheels we got for transportations where already damaged and didnt work at all. The Worker missed to inform me how to propperly set up the wheels, which made the transportation a nightmare. After bringing it back, the worker gave me a false ID (that didnt belong to me) without even checking himself. Only after i told him it wasnt me, did he take it back.... This could have ended very badly. He was overall quite rude and disrespectfull and was close to calling the police for the reason, that i had to drag the Kayak for a few meters because the wheels didnt work. After this he was rude to me and my Girlfriend, which is why i really CAN NOT RECOMMEND this place. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 5€ to go to a nicer place. NEVER COMING...
Read moreThe most expensive cheap lunch ever! At first glance, the prices seemed surprisingly low – but for what we got, even that felt like a rip-off. Don’t list "Aperol Spritz" on the menu if you're just serving Bitterol. The same goes for other drinks: name brands were advertised, but cheap substitutes arrived.
Nothing about the “meals” was freshly prepared. We were served a bag of chips dumped onto a plate, and a frozen Ristorante pizza for nearly €10. That’s simply unacceptable. If you’re just reheating supermarket food, at least be honest and transparent about it on the menu. When we asked if the pizza could be customized, the answer was: “We don’t do custom” – probably because it comes straight from the freezer.
The service matched the food: indifferent and disengaged. The cheerful, inviting atmosphere the place tries to project was nowhere...
Read moreWe went in to have a drink and something to eat, because we were starving and other places around were full. We ordered two pizzas (€7.50 each), a big beer (€3) and a big orange juice (€4.50). To our suprise the pizzas we got were made from frozen market pizzas... There was no word on the menu indicating this. I find this really disrespectful towards clients. If we knew it in advance we wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. €4.50 for a orange juice from a box with bunch of icecubes also feels like a rip off. On top of that there was one "song" on the loop coming out from speaker, which sounded like you're being on hold while calling some service line- can make you go nuts in no time. I guess this place is only good for...
