I asked for a bifana (which was mehh okay) and then ask for an empty dish (to have salad i brought) and the guy refused to give me the plate. ???? I told him if it was a problem I could just wash it my self.

Saudades de quando um pack de 10 cervejas era 5 euros! A Horta ganha por ser o sítio em Lisboa que ainda vende cerveja a preços aceitáveis (10 cervejas = 7€). De resto, é um café muito básico. Se forem esquisitos não recomendo muito que comam as batatas fritas (são oleosas e têm sempre um aftertaste a peixe) mas a bifana não desiludiu (ou então eu é que estava bêbada o suficiente para já...
