The environment was hot and uncomfortable, with no air conditioning, and the staff seemed extremely unmotivated. The only positive point goes to Kilson, who was attentive and hardworking despite all the issues in that place.

The buffet food looked reheated and had very few options. The meats were poorly prepared, and I dare say that at least one of them — the garlic picanha — seemed spoiled. Truly frustrating to spend around €20 per person for what was offered.

If you want a terrifying gastronomic experience, this is the place for you. I really recommend it for this kind of experience. They are the best of the worst. However, if you're going to eat and pay, then stay away. The food is substandard, and the service is even worse. The roast chicken, for example, one portion was burnt and the other raw. ubaliveable. I had what I would call a nightmare experience: service was terrible - we waited for 20 minutes before someone we had someone at our table and for that we had to grab her by the arm. table was not ready, drinks were on the table and had to wait another 15 minutes for the glasses. Grilled fish was full of salt and had to walk to the cashier to grab olive oil. Brought one extra coffee by mistake and charged us with it. Terrible experience: bad service, mediocre food and almost 2 hours to get out from there. I will never be back and recommend everybody...
