Fraga — Restaurant in Lisbon

The place is not so bad. Typical quarter restaurant. If you are searching for luxury place, you are not for here.

The food is okay but nothing impressing by my opinion. I was eating a Sea-Bream and it was good, the salad was not really tasty.

The atmosphere was as in a quarter tavern and really noisy. The waiters were throwing the used knives and forks in a box from a maybe meter distance and that was making really big noise - that's not nice guys, I hope you will take a note.

Also they are not passing regularly through the table, so I had to wait them to reorder something else.

Maybe I'll give it a chance again, but I was not satisfied for...

Simple, no frills but delicious Portuguese food. Stayed nearby and went for dinner and seemed like a restaurant the locals frequented often. Our waiter was so kind and welcoming, explained all of the foods patiently to us.

The optional appetizers - tried the cheese with the bread, the beef/bacalau croquettes and samosa - honestly all delicious. My husband got the bife a fraga and I ordered the rabbit - both simple but very comforting food.

If you're looking for a no frills, simple and comforting dinner - this is the place....

Despite the quality food, a truly disappointing experience. The wine cart has some good options, but almost none available. Employees have to deal with a crowded and noisy room of customers, but that shouldn't deprive them from pouring the wine for tasting purposes, and quite frankly, the white wine was not cold enough to be served, and it didn't even came with a cold sleeve. In a nutshell, a quite reputable restaurant with a lousy service and deprived of the basics of class. Definitely not the place to take someone you...
