Usually it is a good place. Avoid if you need a special order. My cousin in allergic to milk, really allergic. She ordered without sauce and I clearly heard it. The burger came with sauce. After explaining she was allergic, again, the guy said we hadn't told him anything. He came back and he had scrubbed the sauce out of the plate. We explained she was VERY allergic, therefore not able to eat anything touched by milk. The guy complained a lot with us, like it was her mistake she couldn't have milk. PÉSSIMO! Trabalho perto e liguei por volta das 12.30h a perguntar se era possível fazer o meu pedido de modo a que que quando chegasse (cerca das 13.10h) não tivesse que esperar. Foi-me dito que sim l, que era possível. Fiz o meu pedido. Às 13.00h recebo uma chamada dizendo que o meu almoço estava pronto, eu disse que tinha pedido apenas para as 13.10h e foi-me dito que isso não era possível e que eles não trabalham assim. Wua do cheguei bi que a minha refeição já estava em cima de uma mesa. A pessoa que me recebeu (penso que seja a gerente) voltou a dizer que o que eu tinha feito não era possível fazer, ao que eu respondi que primeiro, ao telefone, tinha perguntado e me tinham dito que não havia qualquer problema. Quando ela faz chegar o pedido que estava a esfriar na mesa de trás à minha mesa eu disse que não aceitava porque não ia comer comida fria, quando ainda por cima o erro não tinha sido meu. A senhora, muito rapidamente me diz, que então vai fazer um novo pedido mas que vai descontar aquele do salário da empregada que tinha aceitado o meu pedido por telefone. Como é óbvio disse que nesse caso, por respeito à funcionária, não pediria. Durante todo o tempo em que lá estive, a dita gerente esteve constantemente a a repreender as funcionárias à frente dos clientes todos que lá se encontravam. The service is horrendous,no one seems to know what they're doing,messep up the order twice and charged for extra ingredients we didn't ask for. After all this they were expecting to get a tip, ridiculous,the kind of place that whants to be edgy and trendy but staff training is non existent and this is the result...thank God for the burgers,the reason I give it 1star...stay away or order delivery so you don't have to put up with clueless staff...
