Would say 4.5 if possible. This is a small, suburban neighborhood restaurant with about 7 tables. It is also a small wine shop. You can pick out the wine you would like from the shop. We like to eat early, so we booked for 7PM. Since the Lisboans eat much later, the owner was able to take time to make some suggestions. We had about six different small dishes and all were good. We especially enjoyed the warm fig salad and the sesame encrusted tuna. Bread and olive oil were very good. We ate outside and there was a wonderful breeze. There could be more meat on the menu. As we left, locals started to arrive. Nice and relaxing, away from the hectic...

Sadly not a good experience. First customer to arrive & were welcomed. The food was NOT good. Old bread with toppings that looked like they were preoared days ago. Steak sandwich ok but nothing special and underseasoned. The wine, again, ordinary. To top it off we had a personal concert from the shop next door - the woman singing (badly) did not care whatsoever about us as customers at the retaurant next door, and even came into the restaurant dancing like a fool in front of the owners. Not positive & we won't be back. Food almost terrible, ambience zero. Then the bill appearred too high. I didn't challenge. Consider it my charity for the day....
