The worst Hamburgueria do Bairro that I ever been!
The third Hamburgueria do Bairro that I visited and is the only one I do not intent to return!
The food was way below what Hamburgueria do Bairro had me accustomed to. I start going to this franchise because the food was different, but different good, different great! Not in this case! In this case the food was bad! Not even normal. BAD! The fries weren't worm anymore, they didn't look good either. The bread was also a disappointment. The meat at least was good, (and also the vegetables).
The staff looked liked they rather be someplace else, which they should...
My advice for this place is to hire new staff, PRONTO!
I convinced my family to stop going to McDonald's and start going to Hamburgueria do Bairro instead because it is so much healthier (than McDonald's) and tastier. But if they were to tell me "there is no big difference between Hamburgueria do Bairro in São domingos de Benfica and a McDonald's" I would not dare to disagree

Chegamos (3 pessoas e 1 bebe) para jantar pelas 20h00 ao restaurante com muitas mesas vagas e fizemos rapidamente o nosso pedido. Pelas 20h45 já haviam mais mesas com pessoas que chegaram depois de nós e já servidas. Interpelamos o rapaz que nos atendeu e disse que seria já de seguida. Infelizmente nem bebida nem pedido chegaram quase 1h depois de chegarmos.
O nosso pedido ficou "esquecido" no sistema. Numa mesa com uma grávida e uma criança de 1 ano isto é inadmissível e incompreensível. Perante a situação e grave falha de serviço, a passividade dos 2 colaboradores que estavam na sala (caixa e a servir as mesas) foi inacreditável sem um qualquer pedido de desculpas nem sem tentar corrigir a grave falha no serviço. Não conseguimos compreender com uma sala com tão poucos pedidos, os empregados foram incapazes de se aperceber que tínhamos feito o pedido há muito tempo e que o nosso pedido estaria em falta.
