Novo Século — Restaurant in Lisbon

Terrible experience!!! I have been there before and both the food and service were ok but today I went there with my mother to pick up some food and everything was greasy including the bags the waitress provided - I don't even want to imagine the state of the kitchen. On top of it she started shouting with us when we asked for another bag. None of the 2 women spoke Portuguese nor English. I advised my mother to leave everything and go away but unfortunatly she had already paid. Then requested the complaints book and they refused to give it to us and said they didn't have one. I will never go there again and strongly advise you to stay away...

I found a long black Human hair inside my dish and showed it to the owner. I'm bald so it clearly couldn't be mine. She made a surprised face and that's it. She left with raised shoulder's and took it as common mistake. I didn't get any apology or refund for the meal. Very very poor...
