Tempura Sushi — Restaurant in Lisbon

We went for all you can eat.

Food quality : rice was falling apart, nori was so hard to chew, fried items smelled and tasted old and bad oil and it was badly battered, butterfish smelled bad and was so hard it was not edible, seemed like it was over frozen for long time, shrimp was not cleaned out, some shrimp dishes were too salt, the miso soup tasted horrible, was too salty and looked dirty. 😭

Service: waiters barely spoke any portuguese or english, only one guy was polite and smiling, the owner got so mad at us because of two dumplings were order by mistake after we told them we did NOT want pork ones, so he went on and on telling us we were wasting food and that we may get charged if we don eat everything , even though half the things we could not eat because they were horrible but we still tried to eat it because it cost us17.90 euros each.

My friend ordered HOT tea, they got her cold tea.

We ordered dessert, they said nothing was available except deep fried stuff or fruit. So we asked for fruits, they gave us a tiny bowl of tomatoes with a few grapes! (Picture below) We were just laughing, but we will never come back.

Péssima experiência, tentado a experimentar este restaurante após a mudança de nome e gerência e q surpresa mais desagradável e caricata . Espaço sem música ou qualquer ambiente acolhedor, atendimento por uma funcionária que não entende nem fala português (a única a atender as mesas) trocando pedidos e andando a passear de pratos na mão à procura da mesa correspondente e colocando os pratos errados nas mesas , pedidos efectuados e que nunca chegaram a nossa mesa , comida sem apresentação alguma e arroz de sushi c um sabor desagradável. Infelizmente não há um único ponto positivo a apontar a este espaço e hoje dia da mãe , tenho certeza que todas as mesas que lá estavam ficaram descontentes e reclamaram no local ( eu assisti a pelo menos 2) Voltar … jamais .
