I grabbed a pistachio roll and a pistachio cookie for takeaway, and wow—both were seriously amazing! The roll was soft, fluffy, and packed with a rich, creamy pistachio filling, plus some whole pistachios for a little crunch. The cookie? Absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, buttery and soft on the inside, with loads of delicious pistachio filling. If you love pistachios, you need to try these.

The café itself is such a cute spot! The owners are super friendly, and even though they just opened, you can tell they put so much love into everything. The inside is really cozy, and the little terrace is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your treats. Plus, the location is spot on.

Stopped at Cinnaroma Bakery in Loulé with my husband for a quick coffee and breakfast while on vacation. From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel so welcome—it was clear they really care about their customers. The decor was absolutely beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail that gave the place a cozy, inviting vibe. You can tell they put a lot of love and effort into making it feel special.

The coffee was delicious and smooth. We also had the pistachio cinnamon roll and the Biscoff pastry—both were fantastic! It's rare to find such tasty vegan options, and these pastries did not disappoint.

Overall, this spot is a must-visit if you're in the area. Great coffee, wonderful owners, and a lovely atmosphere—definitely coming back when we visit...

Cinnamon rolls. The classic was amazing! From the dough to the filling and the frosting! All was on point for me😋😋.

The cookies are the best cookies in Algarve! The pistachio cookie is phenomenal 😋.

And the coffee 🤤😍. I have finally found my spot for coffee, if I would move to live in loule, it would be because of the coffee 😋😋, but I would need to negotiate with Katarina and Phillip the schedule, because I am not gonna be without coffee for three days 😂😂.
