Kiyomi — Restaurant in Loures

We went for the all you can eat. We had a great experience in another sushi restaurant in Roma and we wanted to try this one because we thought the decoration was cool. But the service and the food were dissappointing and stingy :( The sushi rice was flavourless sushi was below average and had too much rice , noodles too oily the fried prawns tasted of old oil. Clearly they just want you to get full and not order as much as you want. The waitress kept questioning my choice and asked "can you eat all that?!" It's too much! Seriously? Who asks that in a restaurant. The options are also limited . The other place costs less and offer way more variety and amazing and quick service without any questions asked. Will never go back and will not recommed it to anyone! Save your money...

Nice place and decor. Staff is always very kind, but a bit desorganized because they also have take out orders at the same time with short staff. The plates were a bit dirty, but they replaced as soon as we asked. Food is good, but the menu has been shortening through out the years. It used to be a vast variety of food and even had a buffet option, but now is just very small selection of dishes, and I think it's two restaurants in one, one japanese for sushi and Chinese for the rest. I've always loved the chinese warps and rice. We ate the sweet and sour pork and the crispy chicken. Caution cause it might be a bit too heavy and fatty for some people, because of all the deep...

Costumava vir bastante a este restaurante, infelizmente não estava à espera de uma mudança tão radical... Logo para começar, sentámo-nos como habitual numa mesa livre qualquer, esta sem talheres ou copos ou molhos e taças, tudo bem, a mesa estava vazia e secalhar só montam a mesa quando está lá alguém...mas não, sentamos, esperamos imenso, pedimos, e ainda tivemos de pedir os conjuntos da mesa, se não o fizéssemos, não teríamos nada. As gyozas são literalmente congeladas, o que me deixou triste. Pedimos sashimi e sashimi braseado, apenas veio o sashimi braseado. Quando reparamos que não veio o sashimi normal, perguntamos se podiam trazer pois deviam ter-se esquecido, com toda a educação, o que a empregada de mesa grita para o homem que está na cozinha e falam entre eles, onde ela depois nos passa a palavra de que "não há". Ficamos um pouco reticentes, pois tínhamos sashimi braseado, será que fomos os sortudos a levar as últimas quatro fatias? Assumimos essa fantasia. Uns cinco minutos depois vemos a empregada de mesa a passar para outros clientes com sashimi no prato para lhes entregar. Do que pedimos, várias coisas não apareceram, quando perguntei sobre as coisas em falta, a senhora disse-me que não tinha escrito, eu disse que tirei foto ao papel com os meus pedidos antes de lhe entregar e ela disse que já não tinha o meu papel, para eu escrever de novo.

Enfim , não foi uma boa experiência, fiquei extremamente...
