First of all I would like to say that I made a reservation for a wedding lunch with 23 people, one week before the date. The staff was incredible, they helped us a lot, they prepared everything and found a space in the restaurant where we could be a bit separated from the other people, with no extra fee. They were ready for this kind of event and did everything they could to please us. The food was simply amazing, good quality. Even if the restaurant closed at 16h, the staff allowed us to stay more time and worked for more hours than what they should without complaining. They saved the cake for us, they helped us cutting it and serving everyone and every guests were happy. Without a big plan they turned this lunch possible for us. Food quality is amazing. We had the beef and pork and the taste was incredible. Be warned, the size of dishes is very large so if you are not a big eater think about sharing one dish between two people. The atmosphere was great but 4 stars because we felt music was a bit loud. The service was very good and they treat you very well. We had a great time and we recommend this restaurant. The price is not cheap but for the amount they give you and quality, it is fair. Após uma visita a este restaurante em Lavra Matosinhos, um restaurante, diga-se com larga experiência de vários anos e que em tempos uma referência nos mariscos, confesso que foi uma verdadeira desilusão. Caro, mariscos de péssima qualidade, serviço demorado apenas o atendimento com alguma simpatia. Quando nos é apresentado o cardápio com imagens e preços, ainda mais sendo mariscos (cataplana) naturalmente que associamos sempre o conteúdo da imagem ao que será servido, puro engano pq alguns mariscos da imagem não vêem na partilhada nomeadamente as amêijoas. Um misto em que a maior percentagem do marisco resume-se ao mexilhão que por sua vez se encontrava seco e sem sabor, lulas rijas e duras, camarão um pouco melado e com a casca difícil de retirar, a lagosta também com pouco sabor, a sapateira não posso considerar que o paladar fosse mau pq existe várias formas de a fazer e neste caso foi um mal menor tirando o facto de trazerem uma pequena porção de tostas e quando acabou disseram que não havia mais. De acompanhamento um arroz de marisco muito cozido e "deslavado", Resultado, não tínhamos como comer o restante da sapateira e posso dizer que foram 2 para "trás" onde uma delas foi inteira e a outra mais de metade. Vieram 2 travessas de marisco Resumindo uma travessa de 135€ para 3/4 e uma de 89€ para 2/3 pessoas onde num total pagamos 60€ por pessoa 7 adultos e 2 crianças (comeram frango) sem sobremesa, sem café sem digestivos e sem vinho.
