We had lunch in this restaurant.

Pros: Beautiful modern and stylish interior design, spacious, clean, good music, clean bathrooms Interesting menu and they have a proper pizza oven

Cons: Really inattentive, indifferent service.

Examples: they forgot my order of a salad and when I asked them about it later, they didn’t apologize and didn’t offer any solutions. when I asked what soup of the day they have today - the reply was “vegetable soup” and when I asked what vegetables, the person said “just vegetables” without any details, like they cannot bother to explain. not a single smile, never checked how we liked the food. very slow service, although only 4 tables (including us) were occupied.

I won’t come back for this reason mainly (bad, not friendly service).

The food was average. My soup was room temperature (not hot or even warm at all), pizza crust was not tasty unfortunately. Potato fries were good though.

I recommend for the atmosphere and the space, but don’t expect much from the food and...

We had arrived late to Milfontes, after arriving late in Portugal due to plane delays. The airline we were on doesn't serve meals, so we were a tad hungry by 9pm. Milfontes was bursting with tourists - looking for dinner or drinks. I came to this restaurant and asked lady on counter if we could get a table, she spoke good English and said no but we could get a takeaway pizza. We sat outside on a seat and had some drinks and devoured the whole pizza. Very grateful. In my country - New Zealand they'd just say no we're fully booked! Also supermarkets were closed, so muchos obrigada lady. Also couldn't get a park in the big as carpark and she let us park short term right in front of restaurant. We were near tears trying to find the accommodation as Siri had gone berserk and was as confused as we were! So this bit of kindness...

Un servizio pessimo. Siamo arrivati come coppia per cenare e sebbene il locale fosse affollato ci hanno detto che potevamo restare con un tempo di attesa di circa un'oretta e mezza, prenotandoci. Abbiamo quindi deciso di aspettare fuori dal locale convinti anche dalle recensioni positive. Durante l'attesa però abbiamo notato che eravamo innanzitutto gli unici stranieri, e, cosa più importante, che numerose persone portoghesi arrivate dopo di noi, e con gruppo e numero di persone ben superiore al nostro, venivano fatte accomodare dentro senza richiedere alcun tipo di prenotazione. Infatti alla reception c'era una signora bionda che nel nostro caso aveva scartabellato i fogli davanti a lei segnandoci i posti, ma con tutte queste persone questi fogli non li ha mai consultati... Siamo rimasti quindi fuori ben oltre il tempo di attesa che ci aveva dato, e alle 22:40, ormai troppo tardi per andare a cenare da un'altra parte, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla signora della reception... la risposta é stata che guarda caso tutte queste persone del luogo avevano la prenotazione... Chissà come avrà fatto a capirlo, sarà dotata di qualche potere telepatico. In conclusione siamo entrati nel locale alle ore 23:00 e abbiamo ricevuto da mangiare alle 23:35. Più di 3 ore di attesa! Un servizio pessimo, se siete turisti tenetevi alla larga perché potrebbero riservare anche per voi lo stesso trattamento! Inoltre un'incapacità generale del personale di parlare inglese rende difficile gestire queste situazioni. Zero accoglienza, zero attenzione al cliente e soprattutto zero rispetto per il...
