Service was much better than some other reviews have complianed about. I went twice in a day (lunch and dinner after a long walk) and both times had the chicken cooked over charcoal which was very tasty and delivered quickly - not the best I ever had, but if you know Portuguese towns and their seafood restaurants you know it can be hard to find places offering chicken at all, let alone a top quality Churrasqueira. One of the best grilled steak 🥩 that we've ever had! It was served on a hot 🔥 stone, you need to slice it and put it on the grill. The fish 🐠🐟 was really good. But the best thing is that we couldn't even communicate with the only person who was there and it made the whole experience much more fun! We laughed and we ordered something that wasn't sure what it is really till it came to the table.

The menu is only on a black board and in Portuguese.

I came in only for sardinhas grelladhas as I was craving for them and got the first of season, fresh, mid sized (as I like) and grilled to perfection with sea salt. It came with a simple but delicious tomato salad (onion, oil & vinegar) and delicious bread. I ate my hearts content and paid 15e with a full to the rim glass of white wine.
