Worst experiencia I've ever had in a restaurant. Don't come here if you wanna be treated like trash by one of the managers. I went with some friends as a recommendation from themselves. We asked if we could eat in the terrace and 2 of the waitresses warned us that it was very windy and usually the clients give up after some time and we thought it was because it was super cold. We sat anyways, we got our drinks and after about 5 minutes everything went down. All the drinks fell in my clothes. We got mad, but we understood now what they meant about clients giving up. All good, that was our fault. But then one of the managers was passing by and started complaining that we were warned, that we better had paid our food, that we were lucky the restaurant was almost empty, but in a very rude tone. I immediately said that I wasn't going to eat there, we went to pay for our drinks. Another manager came in and told us we didn't have to pay for it and that it is a common thing to happen with that specific manager, and he was going to deal with it. The food was prepared very slowly even though we were the only customers in the room. The food itself was unfinished, no seasoning, overcooked, undercooked. Fui recebido pelo empregado com a pergunta mesa para um? O tradicional boa tarde, bem vindo deve ter ficado para outro cliente….
Salada de polvo 12,5€ claramente o polvo tinha mais de 4 dias pois estava ressequido, duro e sem sabor. A única coisa fresca na salada de polvo era o azeite, dado que a mesma foi temperada ao momento, e mal pois faltava-lhe vinagre.
De seguida vem o camarão à guilho, feito com miolo de camarão (nada de novo) mas cozinhado em óleo vegetal! Apenas óleo vegetal e alhos queimados, cozinhados e servidos na frigideira de ferro fundido que obviamente continua a cozinhar pois está quente! Resultado: camarões secos e duros como sola de borracha e alhos queimados! Limão? Piri piri? Nem vê-los o que até seria bom para disfarçar o sabor decepcionante dos camarões à guilho.
Segue-se o tradicional prego no prato, que estava carregado de sal. Atenção, carregado de sal tudo, batatas, carne e molho. Deve ser um daqueles truques de gerente chico esperto para o cliente beber mais umas imperais.
E por falar em gerente, pormenor engraçado, estou à porta do restaurante a vestir o casaco para me ir embora , e o mesmo passa por mim e o tradicional, “obrigado boa tarde até à próxima” também deve ter ficado para outro cliente….
Facto curioso, a comida é transportada pelos empregados da loja ao lado, pela rua! Ou seja eles trazem a comida “quente” pela rua. Conseguem imaginar o resultado…
Pessoalmente fico mesmo admirado como é que um restaurante destes se mantém aberto ao ponto de ter aumentado o seu espaço….
