If you are seeking a vegan dining experience that nourishes not only the body but also the soul, a visit to an Ayurvedic-inspired vegan restaurant is a must. These establishments combine ancient wisdom with modern culinary artistry, creating an atmosphere of spirituality and balance that leaves a lasting impression.
The ambiance in such a restaurant is truly unique—calm, serene, and deeply spiritual. Read moreReally relaxing atmosphere and wonderful service. Beautiful clean style and decor. In our party of 3 we had soup, kitchari, dosa and salmon with carrots. Carrot cake for dessert. Soup was homemade with fresh veg and had toasted sprouted beans on top which added a lovely flavour. The smoked salmon came with samphire (a seasonal treat) and beautifully spiced couscous. The kitchari was delicate and fragrant (I believe this classic Ayurvedic dish is the dish that British kedgeree is derived from, though it was quite different from kedgeree). The dosa was freshly cooked and full of flavour, with smoky pepper 🌶️ paste and other tasty spices inside. Carrot cake to finish was moist and perfect. The latte at the end was the icing on the cake, so beautifully presented. Highly recommended as a refreshing new option. Executed with skill and knowledge of how to use seasonal ingredients and blend flavours. Great value for money considering the fresh ingredients and skill. Also lovely...
Read moreAmazing looking space and atmosphere, a lot of love and care was clearly put in the decoration and general ambiance of the space.
For the food options, they had vegetable soup for starters. For the main meal we had eggplant and lentils lasagna with some side of slow fermented bread. Overall a lovely balance of flavours, and you can tell the food was made with a lot of care, they were also very attentive about possible allergies or food restrictions.
For drinks, we had kiwi juice and a ginger and spices infusion during the meal. For coffee we had a Guatemalan coffee made in filter cloth, but they also have Syphon, V60 and aeropress, besides the espresso based beverages.
All in all, 5/5 stars for impeccable service, lovely food and amazing atmosphere a must if you are in...
