I have nothing else to say but Bodegāo restaurant is UNIC!!

My wife and I had a wonderful moment relishing a delicious dinner in a charming environment.

Bodegāo is a superb restaurant in terms of Portuguese gastronomy. It's menu has a wide range of high quality products. Moreover, it is remarkable the fabulous service provided by its staff. Attention, kindness and politeness are common traits of Bodegāo's personnel.

Last but not least, it is fair to point out it's good value for money.

An awesome restaurant, right in the middle of the city. It´s a traditional portuguese restaurant, with a lot of local dishes. The staff was nice, professional and very fluent in english. You get a good selection of regional fish and meat-dishes with high quality incredients. My favourite part were the appetizers, but that´s just personal oppionion ;) we ordered as a big group of about 20 people and shared the different meals between us, so i can safely assure that they were all on their own really great. Good ambient atmosphere. We came here after 30km walking Camino and were starving. We ordered a fish soup and grilled sea bass and were offered a large selection of wine and decided to opt for the Vino Verde.

The waiter was very knowledgeable and took us on a history tour of Vino Verde which was greatly appreciated.

Food was delicious and the serving impeccable. The prices may be seen higher than what you'd expect for a city the size of Póvoa de Varzim but the service + food quality made it worth it.
