Good sushi, nice place. Very bad service. We went there on a Saturday night. We knew we're going to wait, but not this long... Once we arrive it took a while until the waiters noticed us and allocate us to a table. 5 minutes later and we still didn't have a menu, after that it took another 5mins to give us pen and paper. From the order to the hot food being served took another 10 mins. From that to the actual sushi took about 25minutes. Besides all of this some orders were forgotten and we're continuously been asked if that was it; meaning that we had enough food and should leave. The service wasn't a match with the good quality...

To much expensive, slow service and the owners was very rude. It is already the 3 restaurant they open, as the others, 1 closed and the other on the way to closing. The employees stir up leftover money and even cut the fruit to serve without any hygiene or gloves. I was their client for some time but I already gave up with everything...

Dou 2 estrelas só mesmo por causa do sushi que é bastante bom. De resto, a organização do restaurante é péssima. Ontem fui la jantar, e nem metade do que eu pedi veio para a mesa. Nomeadamente os Tempura, que pedi 2 vezes, uma delas até pedi diretamente a uma funcionária, e o Tempura nunca chegou vir para a minha mesa. No entanto ia sempre para as restantes mesas da sala. Comi o que eles quiseram, e ainda tive que pagar 🤣 Algumas funcionárias, são extremamente desagradáveis a servir à mesa. Aproximam-se da nossa mesa com o prato, e nem um "com licença" pedem. Compreendo que talvez sejam funcionários estrangeiros, mas um "com licença" aprende-se bem. Isto não é ser picuinhas, mas como nas últimas páginas do menu dizem as boas maneiras de como se comer à mesa no restaurante, também não fazia mal nenhum aprenderem a servir à mesa com boas maneiras, porque "atirar" um prato para cima da mesa, não é de todo o mais correto. Se tenciono ir outra vez? Não. Com esta organização não,...
