However they do not serve Francesinha only! You should try the other dishes. Do not expect anything fancy, for the price it's excellent, and the portions are just perfect.
Try to avoid going at the typical lunch times, specially if it's on a weekend or you will have to wait to get a seat.
It's always crowded, so what I recommend is you are having lunch, is showing up a bit before 12 PM if possible. Or else get ready to wait on queue.
