Excellent and relaxing outdoor bar/restaurant in Porto Santo for a drink while enjoying the wave sounds from the beach, and sunset dinners, with a fixed and straightforward menu throughout the day, varied with amazing food with only a few comments to make for further improvement regarding a couple of dishes and the service. The sautéed prawns were outstanding along with the bolo do caco to dip in the prawn sauce. The chimichurri new potatoes will go extremely well with anything, even on their own, while having a drink. The vegetarian burger comes with really crunchy chips, so I'll suggest making space or having a couple of aperitifs if picking that choice. In regards to the feta salad and the tuna tartare. The feta salad was delicious, but be aware of the amount of vinegar used, Feta is already strong in flavour, and it's the main focus of the plate. there is no need to add too much vinegar. The tuna tartare is visibly massive, although quality over quantity is a must in relation to any tartare. In this case the tuna was barely enjoyed or present due to the excessive amount of diced additions to it, a smaller sized tartare with more tuna influence can definitely make this dish worthy of the same value and perhaps more, everyone loves a rich tartare. On the good side, the hint of passion fruit gave the dish an incredible twist as it is such a tropical and regional fruit that blends tradition, sourness, and diversity in just one bite. Additionally, the service provided was relaxed, friendly, and respectful. Although, do not let the relaxed approach neglect the other qualities or the attention to other customers as it happened on Wednesday evening. The lady with glasses did an excellent job on Thursday afternoon. I am extremely sorry for not memorising her name, but her service was outstanding and extremely thoughtful. Thank you for such an experience. I am looking forward to visiting again.

The best, freshest and biggest prawns I have ever eaten to date! Very very tasty, it felt like eating straight from the sea - they must have been fished recently ❤️ The tartare was amazing as well! The location of the restaurant is great - literally on the beach, you can climb down few wooden stairs and get straight onto the golden sandy beach. It’s a cosy informal place you just feel at ease in and don’t want to leave. The restaurant was almost empty when we visited for lunch late July. The staff is lovely, friendly and personable. The food and drinks were served promptly. We really loved it there - found this place just by walking around looking for a place to have lunch, but it really was worth it. You should give it a go!

Best restaurant in Porto Santo! The enviroment is great: the restaurant has open view to the kitchen, has big windows showing the customers a beatifull view of Porto Santo's beach and this scenery is accompanied with well selected music. The food is beyond all the other places in Porto Santo. It's a comtemporary cuisine with really well-mixed flavours. Although the meat is good I suggest eating fish, it's just marvellous! The servents are really attentive and present really good manners. One thing I should point is that this place is more expensive than the regular restaurants in Porto Santo (around 25€ per person). Totaly recommend!

Waiters very nice but served raw potato. after asking to finalize cook, they brought it back again in 5 minutes not finally cooked again. Menu states it is mashed potato and in reality it is just one giant potato cut into 2 pices and super hard and raw.. Coctail had no evidence of alcohol, just juice and syrup. Kalamari was also a bit raw. So in general very bad experience. Prices too high for such quality and portions. Prices overrated. Place is a terrace over beach so it is very nice and waiters are nice. no compliment or discount was offered due to situation..last night dinner ruined totally. Probably depends on cook schedule according to other reviews, so be lucky to get to the schedule when good cook...
