LIFT Rooftop — Restaurant in Porto

After waiting in line for 45-50 minutes, we were finally seated with a couple of strangers which was no problem. We then waited another 30 minutes for the drink order to occur (& you can't order from the bar) and another 45 minutes for the drinks to arrive. I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1 because of the gorgeous view but I definitely won't be back.

After getting feedback from Lift of them giving me one star saying it is what it is, I understand why they have such a serious service problem. I didn't note in my initial review that the long time to receive the drinks was because they ran out of glasses. I've been all over the world in every type of bar and never seen this.

I wish u could give zero stars....

Cool bar, poor service, long wait and some rude waiters.

I've visit LIFT for the first time, and unfortunately I cannot say it was a good experience.

I went there with two other friends, we sat and waited. The waitress who came after our table (after exhaustingly calling by her several time) was extremely rude and impolite towards us.

We waited for over one hour and a half to get our food but drinks that never arrived! Although we did get beers we hadn't ordered and that was included in our bill.

Not even tequila shots (the quickest thing you can order and get) we received. We left having eating only our chips.

I'd give this place a second chance to see if it really is like it happened in my...

Nice views, food was decent, prices are reasonable, drinks were good, although service is a bit slow (I just walked to the bar, grabbed a menu myself, stopped one of the staff and placed my order). The main downside of this place - the music was not right. It’s a rooftop bar not a rave! Objectively the DJ was good. Just put him in an underground rave and not a rooftop bar. The music did not match the location or the vibe. It would have been a great experience if only the music was right. Still I recommend visiting the rooftop bar for the views.
