I had a lunch at this restaurant in Monsaraz, and I was truly impressed. The first thing that struck me was the fantastic view. It feels like you're dining in the midst of a postcard-perfect landscape.

The owner of the restaurant is not only professional but also very courteous and gentle.

As for the food, it was very good. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared, and the flavors were impeccable.

Additionally, the restaurant had an excellent music selection, adding to the overall ambiance of our lunch experience

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Sahida. Set in a 15th century building at the top of the quaint village of Monsaraz, this restaurant has friendly staff, delicious local cuisine and stunning scenery. Perfect. The waiter ( sorry can't remember name!) was wonderful. Attentive but not overbearing. A man with a good heart, that cares for the animals of Monsaraz that need a bit of extra support . We loved the fact we could take our dog ( who sat happily under the table and didn't even mind when we invited a cat to join us for dinner :-). I had a vegetarian dish and the food was great .
