Snack Bar Concord — Restaurant in Ribeira Brava

Bad experience 😔 There are 4 restaurants next to each other, all waiter from there tying to catch you to come in. We check the menu of all of them and it was the same pizza, pasta, fish, meat, salad so boring 😔 we choose those please because of close fun park for kids to let them do something during waiting time for food. all main courses is meat or fish with huge pieces of cut tomato, cucumber, lettuce and slices of roe onion ?! NO dressing nothing fish it wasn’t really fresh what’s bad if your restaurant is front of the ocean. We try same fish in other places in Madeira and is ease to compare the quality. Pasta for kids was so greasy and we ask for kids portion but they give us regular size, is sad because we ask if you can give us small for kids they say yes yes ok. Then charge us 8,5€ more then espadrille fish. Then when we ask on the beginning to pay separately we have been 3 pair of 2 adult ant 1 kid they give us one bill. Anther point is we wait 15min to get receive to pay. Then they charge on bill Hake fish for 12,5€ but in menu is 8. Of course I have ask to...

Worst food experience I've had in a decade. Food was barely eatable, the person who brought out the food didn't know what he was bringing, even the waitresses apologized for the food afterwards, and were like "At least the location is nice" 😂

My dish was most likely microwaved, other dishes were too dry or too tasteless. I just wish we'd looked at the reviews before sitting down, but with a bunch of kids it's not always an option hehe. I also noticed that no one else was eating food, so I guess it's just not a place you should eat at.

The worst ever. Almost an hour waiting for the food, we had to ask twice where the food was. My daughters food came completely cold and with salad when i asked without sala and had to ask them to reheat it and came back cold again.
