SideWays Irish Pub — Restaurant in Santa Maria da Feira

It's a nice place for after-work meetings and a nice bar if you want to go out at night - especially at the weekends. They have a really nice beer there called "Grimbergen" or the "Dark Munich" - if that's not the case you can choose from a lot of different drinks. A small bowl of snacks comes for free with the first beers/drinks and is refilled infinitely if you like. The "ceramics" / toilets are clean and well maintained. The waitress is very polity and charming like any other service personal around that area of st. Maria da feira.

Loved all of it apart for some very insensitive photos in the lobby of the troubles in Ireland. I asked staff if pub was owned by Irish people to be informed it was not. Entrei , disse " boa tarde, à qual não obtive resposta além de um olhar indiferente. Pedi um fino e perguntei se serviam petiscos. A partir daí o olhar tornou-se algo agressivo e depreciativo. Respondeu-me que só conhece amendoins ou tremoços fora isso, os restaurantes talvez me servissem, mas duvidava que tivesse quem o servisse. Andei 200 metros e encontrei o Amandius. Fui bem recebido, com um olhar tranquilo. Comi uma francesinha com batata frita. Top. Há estabelecimentos que não deveriam ter porta aberta. O sideways é um deles na baixa da feira.
