Fabio's Roadstop — Restaurant in Silves

We ordered from here tonight while staying at a nearby campsite, and I just wanted to share how helpful and kind everyone was! I accidentally placed the order for pickup through Uber Eats, and only realized it when I got a notification that the food was ready. I called the restaurant to check, and they were incredibly understanding. They offered to deliver the food anyway and gave me a number to text my location—which was great because I didn’t even know exactly where I was!

They found us quickly and showed up in just a few minutes. The person on the phone and the delivery driver were both super friendly and helpful—it really made the whole experience stand out.

We ordered burgers, a wrap, chicken nuggets, nachos, and fries. The food was fresh and good, and we were all happy with our meals. It was a great experience all around, and we really appreciated their kindness and flexibility....

Burgers are the main offer, but there are salads, hotdogs, wraps and finger food options too to choose from. The dessert list is also generous, with a few a la carte options and several daily options on display. The brownie is a favorite and can be complemented with ice-cream. Plenty of shakes and smoothies and also cocktails. My favorite is the lemonade with ginger and peppermint. The drinks menu is through a QR code, so you'll need a phone. Otherwise the waiter can help you. Service is friendly and welcoming, with smiling waiters and a quick service. The space is consistently decorated with candy colored americana all over. Although the best is the generous outdoor seating, especially on warm summer afternoons.

It is walkable from the center of Armação, but I find it being off-center an advantage, being away from the summer hurly...

3rd of May, lunchtime, 3 people, 1 veggie burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 and two Black Angus Steaks, with rustic fries and house salad 🥗 2 white wines and an ice tea. For me, my steak was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, rare , the rustic fries we really good, and the house salad was delicious as well. I had the mushroom sauce with mine. Our friend had the black pepper sauce with hers. All three meals were delicious and as usual, the staff were on top form, nothing was too much trouble.and very friendly. I can honestly say that my steak was the best steak I have had here in Portugal 🇵🇹 in taste, in the cooking of it, rare, some places find it so hard to deliver the steak the way you ordered it....not at Fabios Well done to all, Our favourite lunchtime stop.
