Food was delicious, but the service was bad. We entered with the table next to us empty, at one point the table next to us was occupied but even before we could order our drinks the table next to us (that was initially empty) both had their drinks and food served while we (2 persons) were still waiting to get served. It was obvious that the personnel already knew the people next to our table but when it became obvious that the eye was more for the other tables, possibly as they already knew eachother.. I lost my humor and appetite. The food looked great on the pictures but what I received at the end did not even look like the food on the pictures and in 2022 you would expect people to be less discriminating and serving all their clients equally.. but that was certainly not the case. The sad thing about this whole story is that we went with the intention to celebrate a bday but at the end we decided to leave earlier without desert or coffee, which I always consume. Welcome appetizer cheese and olives were good. I had the octopus starter, which was nice and fresh. However, the grilled bacalhau was awful. How can you be so close to the sea and use fish that is not fresh? Crazy. It was chewy and unpleasant, not to mention covered in oil, really greasy. Disgusting. I tried a few mouth fulls and that was enough. For the prices here not to use fresh fish is a sin.
