I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conditions during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon my check-in at 13:00, I was immediately disturbed by extensive noise from drilling and hammering that continued until 21:00. This incessant noise made it impossible to relax in my room on the 6th floor.

When I called the reception to inquire about the noise, I was informed that someone would check the nearby rooms for any disturbances. However, it was evident that the noise was coming from renovation work and not from other guests.

The next morning, at 10:00, reception told me they are going to work all day and there is nothing to do more than informing the manager. I informed that alla i want is some quiet in order to sleep, he told me again that is going to inform the manager. The drilling and hammering resumed, further disrupting my stay. It is clear that the hotel management has failed to consider the comfort and well-being of its guests during these renovations. This lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.

At the very least, guests should be informed about ongoing renovations and the potential noise disturbances from 09:00 to 21:00, so they can make an informed decision about their stay.

The current state of affairs is far below acceptable standards and does not reflect a commitment to guest satisfaction.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously.

nice hotel. i’m still here so i can say i’m enjoying my stay; the hotel is clean and the staff is professional and educated, they have very nice manners. my card for my room often doesn’t work which is kind of annoying but the receptionist is always amazing at replacing it and making sure it works. i don’t really know if the rooms are big like the photos showed, but they’re good and spacy enough. everyday the staff cleans the rooms and puts everything in place. it’s a shame the rooms don’t have a balcony because i really think it would be better if they had one. the inside pool is nice even if honestly it’s way too small for all the people in the hotel, so that’s a shame. the hotel inside is modern and the furniture is very cute. the breakfast doesn’t have 1000 options but still has a lot of food to choose between which is great, the only thing that isn’t really good is that the cutlery is very few, often leading to not finding whatever you need to eat. the food they make at dinner (often buffet) is delicious. the bar is amazing, the drinks are very good and the food is great so i recommend going there. also i think that the elevators (which are 2) are too few for all the people and when you need to use them you always have to wait because they are full. but besides all of this, overall in my opinion the hotel...

We stayed in Sines for 2 nights as a part of travel through Portugal. We booked this hotel as this was described as the best one in Sines. It was the most expensive hotel during our trip. About £30 /night more expensive then others! Hotel is clean but very dated We booked studio apartment. Our room had very old broken appliances - everything looked like it’s been left there since the 80’s My husband almost cut himself trying to open broken fridge!! Toilet kept breaking and shower was like jet-wash!! Shower left us smell like chlorine!!! I have no idea what they have done to their tap water but it absolutely stunk of chlorine !!! Breakfast was a joke!! Unedable apart from bread! There were flies flying around fruits and and sunk in serving bowls!! Frankfurters and eggs were unedable.
