Quioto Sushibar — Restaurant in Sines

Wonderful food and charming owner who really loves Asian cuisine and it shows in the thoughtful design, and interesting, fun menu, like crunchy fried chicken Bao, seared foie gras over tuna nigiri. The only negative comment I would have regarding the food was the pad thai dish was very disappointing. It was mostly noodles and lots of egg but very little flavor --no discernible funk from fish sauce, sweetness from cane sugar, nor spice from chili, and strangely no bean sprouts... Just eggs and noodles. As a chef, I expected a more authentic version of this dish which was strangely lacking in flavor when everything else was so thoughtfully prepared. Opinando em primeira pessoa, que na passada data 23 de Julho de 2024, jantou com 4 pessoas no Quioto Sushibar, Uma Combinação Clássica, Hot Roll E um Clássico Chefe e uma sobremesa Tiramisú. Achei um restaurante com todas as qualificações para lhe serem atribuídas 5 estrelas, apesar de algumas falhas como em todos os estabelecimentos. Construtivamente, acho que o serviço poderia ser mais rápido, pois houve um tempo de espera de quase 1h por 40 peças. Sendo que tinham somente uma família em atendimento. O meu parceiro considerou, que as combinações estavam otimamente em pratadas. O gengibre poderia vir mais molhado, e não tão seco, acrescentou. Mas deixando as boas honras para o fim, comemos muito bem, ficámos extremamente satisfeitos com a sobremesa tiramisú, e com toda a combinação clássica em si, sem qualquer tipo de imperfeição no paladar. Por fim, o mais desagradável creio que tenha sido o preço, que achámos exorbitante, um valor de quase 100€ por 3 pedidos, mais bebidas que foram somente sumo e cerveja, somente com...

We had the lunch menu #2 and it was excellent. Great variety and fantastic quality. The value is great considering all food is fresh and presented beautifully. Service was amazing and quick, despite the restaurant being almost full to capacity....
