Arribas Terrace — Restaurant in Sintra

It was a great hotel. The atmosphere was really nice, the hotel was beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, during our entire stay the service was slow and forgetful each time we dined in the hotel restaurant. On each occasion, we never received our appetizers. Our dinner was missing a complete entrée (ordered 3 meals for 3 different people and received 2). Our drinks were always forgotten. However, asking several times, someone finally remembered and made the corrections. It is a really nice place to stay and vacation, just planned to be very patient and relaxed...

Food was terrible and cold. Took over an hour for us to get our food and people who came before us got the food before we did. They said my food was a cold dish which is unlikely since it’s grilled salmon, they also didn’t say on the menu that it was cold and included goat cheese which was not stated. One of my favorites. Possibly one of the best spots for fish lovers, very well trained staff. In the mornings they serve outstanding breakfasts, their cakes are baked during dawn or early morning, different from the traditional pastry you see everywhere but more into to the baked at home by your mother type of cake.
